Parking Enforcement Officer

Normally a legocop requires 9 pieces of work. My latest parking enforcement officer has 22 different pieces attached to it. Why? I try to resemble the officer wearing the blue bike jacket with traffic vest on top of it. Oops...actually I forgot to put on a pair of something, does anybody know what they are? 😂
