When to call 9-1-1? Answer is simple: Definitely not for complaints!! 9-1-1 centers take calls regarding to real emergencies. If you are going to make a complaint of any kind, this is not the place to call. In the case of our recent #amberalert, call takers are expecting calls regarding info about the situation and don't want to be tie up with complaint calls. Think before you dial 9-1-1.
