When not to call 911

Many retail stores offer loyalty reward points program, but what if one day your points are stolen. Whatever you do, don’t call 911. The dispatchers need to be available for emergencies. While this may be theft or fraud, a police cruiser, fire truck or ambulance won’t be as helpful.
