Diversity - Legocops
We always say “diversity is our strength”, but why is diversity so important? Actually, when the demographics in our recruits reflect that of our community, then, our citizens will feel they are appropriately represented. When our kids see officers that look like them, then, they will see themselves in the uniform one day. When we have leaders and role models that look like us, then, we feel they are part of our community, and not “us vs. them”.
